HOW TO REGISTER

Upon acceptance to Big Adventures Learning Center, we will communicate with you via email or phone to discuss class assignment, start date, required documents, and fees. We will email (or print) our enrollment packet for your to fill out at your convenience. We must have all required documents back and fees paid to us at least 1 week prior to your child's start date.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made through Brightwheel within 3 days of your invoice due date. There will be a $25 late fee assessed to any payment made after this date. You are required to pay for any absenteeism, including vacation, sick time, suspension, or when the child care center closes for circumstances beyond our control, etc. There are NO exceptions.

We offer one vacation week per calendar year at 1/2 off tuition. To receive this credit, you must notify the center in writing a minimum of two full weeks in advance of the first day of vacation.
